Update for our rental customers (01 May, 2021)

Customer care has always been Ambassador RV’s top priority. As we open up for the 2021 camping season, we have taken extra steps to ensure our customers’ and employees’ safety.

We would like to update you on our Covid-19 cleaning procedures for all of our motorhomes: besides the usual thorough deep clean before and after each rental, we now ozone our motorhomes and sanitize all surfaces with government specified cleaning material (EPA registered disinfectant). Also, each motorhome will get a 2-day-isolation period before it can get rented out again. All our staff is advised to wear gloves at all times while handling keys or while present inside an RV.

During vehicle orientations social distancing of 6-ft is not always possible; that’s why we require our staff and our guests to wear a mask; if you don’t have your own, we are happy to supply you with one. In addition, we offer an online video explanation instead of a personal vehicle orientation for our guests, if preferred.

Update for our rental customers (15 May, 2021)

As we navigate through these extraordinary times, we want you to know we are thinking of you and will continue being here for you.  We feel for everyone who had to change their travel plans due to current travel restrictions.

Even though the situation is ongoing, we remain hopeful that international travel will be possible and that all Provincial Parks and National Parks will fully re-open this summer. We understand that some of you have to cancel your bookings with us, and we would like to inform you that we have amended our cancellation policy:  we will waive all fees for cancellations made up to 14 days prior to pick-up date and refund you the full amount paid.  If you wish to postpone your travel plans until 2022, we are happy to revise your existing booking and apply a credit for next season, honoring the same rates.

We recommend that all of our international guests review guidance from the World Health Organization and follow any travel advice issued by their home countries.
